30 day challenges

I was just re-introduced to Matt Cutts and his TEDtalk on 30 day challenges.  I can do anything for 30 days..right?  Well..December I will be blogging.  It might be awkward and I may lose any readers I have…not that I think I have any…so it doesn’t really matter right?  It does..to me.  I want to have an avenue to put down thoughts, feelings, idea, and have a cathartic way to deal with life’s little bumps and celebrations during one of the busiest months of the year. I also want to explore my thoughts in writing.  I don’t fancy myself as much of a writer.  I write how I talk which I’m guessing is a big no no in the literary world.  Oh well..I’m not writing for a Pulitzer prize…just for myself.

Today was a good day.  Off for the Thanksgiving weekend, I did some errands that needed to get done before our busy upcoming weekend.

I got a cute little sparkly shirt for Jerry’s company holiday party this weekend.  I also found a warm coat.  I know that we don’t have many days that are worthy of such a fuzzy coat like the one I bought but the ones we do have are really cold.  OMG, I’m from Michigan…40 degrees is NOT cold. …and laundry. I feel like I’m always doing laundry.

I have a short work week.  Then it’s only 17 days until Winter break!!  I’m ready.
